This company are dodgy as hell
This is a scam operation. I ordered an e bike and they did not dispatch it for weeks. No customer service contact or response to messages.When I complained via paypal they sent me a fake tracking confirmation and claimed that my bike was delivered!
Luckily I caught them out because their fake tracking note showed the e bike was dispatched 3 days before my order. This helped the case to fall in my favour.

Avoid at all costs - just scummy
I finally gave up and stopped ordering crappy products from them 3 years ago. At the start, they weren't too bad, but I finally figured out that they were shipping gear that probably didn't pass quality control, getting rid of it in this fashion. They would never give a refund to anything but your gearbest wallet, and after losing a bunch of money in the wallet, and no response to my queries, I gave up. Avoid at all costs

No refund for item that did not arrive
I ordered a product and it was never shipped. I requested a refund and GearBest asked was it OK to give the refund to my GearBest wallet. I agreed.
Afterwards I tried to make a purchase and discovered that I could not select the funds in my GearBest wallet to pay for the order.
I contacted GearBest support and they said that the GearBest wallet can only be used on the Ursmart Store. This store has a very limited range of products and also has a very bad review on TrustPilot.

The customer service is bad
The customer service is bad! Bought a robot vacuum cleaner, that stopped working properly after using it for one month. There was no attend to solves my problem. Never again!

Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. My order is taking too much time to arrive, nobody responds to tickets, my tracking is not provided, now I can't even create another ticket, because my order is not showing up on the creating page. Either give me my money back, OR at least provide tracking information. Maybe it didn't even shipped out, even tho it shows it did (i doubt it)

Over 1 year with no product or refund
I ordered an internet booster over 1 year ago. I would periodically check in and be told that it would ship in about 2 weeks. Eventually I realized I was just being told the same thing every time. Several months ago I gave up on getting my product and asked to have my money refunded. I was told it would be refunded, but months later it was not. After well over 1 year I have no product and no refund.

I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but so far GearBest has not responded to them either. BBB has given GearBest an F rating, and a customer rating of only 1.12 out of 5. I may not post the link, but you can search "gearbest reviews bbb" and confirm the above.

Stay away from this company. They may tell you what you want to hear when you reach out to them, but they have not demonstrated the integrity to do what they say they will do.

It's a scam
Been trying to get my money back for the order I placed in July 2021. That was over 9 months ago.
No option to open a ticket, support chat is always offline. Was a fine shop years ago, not any more.
No money, no product. It's a scam.

SCAM: Ursmart Store on GearBest
ATTENTION: DO NEVER ORDER AT URSMART STORE ON GEARBEST - THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!
I ordered a vacuum robot in March. It was a special offer and I have mistakenly fallen for it (price is now nearly twice as high) - first indication for a scam! Payment was only possible via credit card, not PayPal - second indication for a scam.
I received the system info, that it had been sent on March 21.
However, I did not receive any tracking number, which to me seemed very suspicious because I have always received one in previous orders - third indication I got scammed.
When I asked the seller for a tracking number via "contact seller", he sent me a random tracking and told me that the parcel had already arrived. The recipient was in France, not Germany - fourth indication that I got scammed. Upon opening a ticket with the customer service, a tracking number magically appeared in the system. However, this was also an invalid one. I was told to wait 10 days until the tracking info gets updated. I then asked the seller, which logistics provider they chose ...no response to my question - fifth indication I got scammed. Only response from seller : "logistics will call you in 10 days" (...SIDE NOTE TO CHINESE SELLERS: IN GERMANY, LOGISTICS LIKE DHL, UPS, HERMES NEVER CALL THE CUSTOMERS UNLESS YOU ORDER FURNITURE, BIKES OR OTHER VEEEERY LARGE ITEMS!!!).
After more than 10 days, I rechecked and of course, still no tracking available. Was told several times to check the local post office, which is not possible without a valid tracking!!!
Now, seller ignores my requests - sixth indication I got scammed - arbitration case is standing still for 2 weeks, customer service only used standard phrases and tells me that there is nothing they can do.
Funnily, customer service is not serving the CUSTOMERS, but they are serving the SELLER!
They were the ones who updated the tracking and they were the ones who told me that they can now see that the item has just been sent 3 days ago and that I shall wait .... which of course is not true, since I have proof in the app and on my screenshots, that the items apparently have been sent on March 21 and that the seller keeps telling me that he has sent the item. As I provide the proof, the customer service agent then notices as well how stupid their random statement was and apologizes for the "mistake" on their end.
Customer service then says they cannot help and open a ticket with the sellers department store service center...let me guess what will happen now: NOTHING. Further excuses, further "be patient" messages, further "please check with you local post office" messages...
Long story short and learning for fellow buyers: DO NOT BY AT URSMART STORE, DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE ITEMS, DO NOT BUY ON GEARBEST AT ALL - don't know what happened in the meantime, but they used to be a trustworthy store until summer 2019. Now, it is only a platform that supports their sellers to scam customers.

If I could give a lower rating I would
If I could give a lower rating I would. I made an order 2 years ago and they couldn't fill it due to having oversold the item. They wouldn't refund me so I made another order for another item. I paid more and then waited for 2 years for it and have not recieved it. They refuse to refund me and give no reasons, and no communication. I filed several tickets and they lie to me and say that order was send but it never was and I never received anything.

I have been waiting for my refund for a very long time, now they say they cant refund to paypal or visa debit and I need to give extensive information about my bank and that there will be additional fees for me to pick up, all this is for a 9usd refund...

Worst e-commerce experiences I have ever had
I've been using (or trying to use) gearbest for years now. It keeps getting worse. I have orders that are outstanding for 3 months, the "seller" will get back to neither myself nor gearbest, and still they refuse to refund the amounts. I'm unable to use my "G-Wallet" for US orders now; it just doesn't appear as an option. In all, I have over $100 in G-Wallet funds (mostly from refunds of faulty items or ones that never arrived) that I have to just kiss goodbye. its not worth the frustration.

Thieves
Same as most people here, the money from the wallet have been reserved and not sent to my original payment gateway. I have been creating tickets since December and they always respond with "We will complete the refund process within 7 to 14 working days." but never refund.
